Reservation on the Internet is a promise of availability of rental vehicles. A contract will be established at the time of rental and will be governed by the General Rental Conditions below and the Tunisian laws.

The amount of the deposit is not refundable prepaid:
 If the reservation was not canceled 7 days in advance.
 If for any reason the client cancels his reservation or shortens his rental car on site.
 If the request for modification of the terms of his reservation was not accepted by MULTIRENT for reasons of availability.

 MULTIRENT provides a class of car, but no specific model.
Rates may vary depending on the season and are subject to change without prior notification, to the exclusion of contracts in progress and promise
 The vehicle must be taken and returned in the same slot on pain billing an extra day at the current rate.
 Minimum rental period: 72 hours.
 MULTIRENT can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person :

 Not having the minimum age (25 years for categories A, B, C and D & 35 years for other categories)
 Not in possession of a license for 24 months minimum valid and recognized. 
 Presenting as objective criteria for MULTIRENT an abnormal riskl,
 Not satisfying the standard conditions of MULTIRENT in force relating to payments.

Supplementary protection :

 Car rental MULTIRENT automatically benefit of the tenant liability insurance, accidents caused to third parties.
 The damage shall be borne by the customer within a franchise.

Advantages :

Avoid in cases of injury or material damage MULTIRENT vehicle, payment of the franchise accident and 4% of the value of the cars will be charged in case of accident if the responsibility of an identified third party is not clearly established.

 The removal franchise option is acquired subject to the production of minutes of finding an amicable duly completed.
 However the abolition of this exemption does not cover :

 Damage to tires, the broken windows, accessories (mirrors, headlights and rear lights etc positions. ....), Which remains the responsibility of the tenant.
 Expenses incurred by the loss of the vehicle = 70.000DT.
 The tow following an accident, DT 0400 Kilometer to central Tunis.
 The rental car for 24 hours does not exceed 400 km, over each km will be charged to 0350 DT.


 Prior to the delivery of the vehicle the customer must submit his credit card number was used when booking to take leave to cover any additional surcharges are not included in the reservation and the deposit guarantee to cover the amount of the Non-redeemable.
 If they take up a car at an airport, we must provide the flight number and time

 Fares do not include fuel.

 MULTIRENT Vehicles are rented with a fuel level. If the vehicle MULTIRENT is not made with the same level, we will charge you the additional fuel costs shown in agency.
 The Tenant accepts the charge on his credit card account the amount of deductible expenses and damage to or theft of the rented vehicle MULTIRENT.
